Small Skills upgrade

Toggle skills which mana usage was decresed to 1/3 old value:
Fake Death
Silent Move
Acuracy
Guard Stance
Vicious Stance
Shield Fortress
Transfer Pain
Soul Guard

Fury Fists - hp usage decrease to 1/2
Focus Skill Mastery - mana usage decreased to 1/2, power increase
Song of Renewal - max enchant decreased to 15 as it is 3rd class
True Berserker - mana usage slightly decreased
Archer's Will - fix so it increased bow crit rate
Song of Wind Storm - duration increased to 180 sec
Strengthen Golem & Armor Golem - stack order of buff changed
Disrupt Undead - reuse time decreased by half
Summon Friend - reuse time decreased to 20 secs
Invocation - Power increased
Mana gain - reuse time decreased

Active Buff Item Skills - duration increased to 3 mins, reuse time decreased to 3:30

also please post ANY skill bugs/missworks here, i will try to take a look into any thing reported and fix/comment
