New Server Build

OK its up and running.

All skill enchants fixed. If anyone has a problem post here.

New additions:

Champion Aura (if you dont like it we can turn it off)

Crystal enchant scrolls
Frintezza
Rim Kamaloka (solo Kamaloka)
HB voice working again and a new quest if we ever get that far
Partymatching system
Refixed the skills wrong pack loaded should work on next restart
Fix soul cry lvl 14 to the correct colors.

Plus all the wonderful features added by the L2J Team

Working on old CG quest and new mobs for crypts of disgrace and den of evil.
